WhatSync connects Muse to stored conversations from an official WhatsApp Business Platform account. The connector is read only and remains limited to the signed-in WhatSync account.

Connect the official WhatsApp Business Platform
Sign in to WhatSync, open WhatsApp Business, and complete Meta's official connection flow. QR-linked accounts are not eligible for this connector.

Choose Existing MCP in the Muse Connector Platform and enter the hosted MCP endpoint shown below.

Approve read-only access
Sign in with your verified WhatSync email. OAuth with PKCE binds Muse to that account and its official WhatsApp Business connection.
