Tell us which page you were using, the approximate time, and the result you expected. For a missing sync, a connection or workspace identifier and a redacted phone number are usually enough to begin. Do not send passwords, access links, service API keys, WhatsApp QR codes, or the contents of customer conversations. We will ask for the smallest additional detail needed if the first message is not enough.
