How the form works

The whole form is saved inside its link. There is no account and no database, so we never see the questions or the answers.

When someone fills it in and taps Send on WhatsApp, WhatsApp opens a chat with your number and the answers typed in, like this:

They press send, and you reply in the same chat. Nobody has to fill in a form and then wait for an email.

Is the WhatsApp form builder free?

Yes. There is no signup and no limit on forms or answers. The form lives in its link, so it keeps working as long as you share that link.

Where are the answers stored?

Nowhere on our side. The answers go straight from the person's phone to your WhatsApp as a message. If you want them in a spreadsheet or CRM, WhatSync can read your WhatsApp chats in ChatGPT or Claude and put them where you need them.

Can I edit a form after I share it?

Changing the form makes a new link. The old link keeps showing the old form, so share the new one where it matters.

Does the person filling it in need WhatsApp?

Yes. The form opens WhatsApp to send the answers, on their phone or on WhatsApp Web.

Can I use a Google Form with WhatsApp instead?

You can share a Google Form link in a WhatsApp chat, but the answers go to Google, not to your WhatsApp. This builder sends each answer to you as a WhatsApp message, so you can reply straight away.

Why is my form link so long?

The questions are saved inside the link itself. It works fine in chats and bios. If you want something shorter to print, turn it into a QR code.
