WHATSAPP MCP
Your customer conversations live on a phone, where nobody can search them. WhatSync runs an MCP server, so you can point Claude, ChatGPT or any other MCP client at those conversations and ask questions about them in plain language. Read access only, on the Max plan.
MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is a standard way for an AI assistant to reach a tool it does not own. You give your assistant our server address once and sign in. From then on it can look at your WhatsApp conversations whenever you ask it a question about them.
Nothing is copied into a new place, and nothing moves until you ask. It is read access: the agent can find and summarise messages, and it cannot send them.
Months of customer conversations sit in a phone nobody can search properly. Ask a question in plain language instead and get the answer out of the real messages.
An admin can read across every connected inbox, so you can ask what went quiet, who is still waiting on a reply, and what customers keep asking about.
The agent inherits your access. Members read their own messages, admins read the team, and numbers you filtered out stay out of reach.
Once the connection is live, these are the questions that come up first. Every answer comes out of your real messages.

Add it as a custom connector once, from Customize then Connectors. Works on claude.ai, Claude Desktop and the mobile apps.
Turn on developer mode, then add the server as a custom connector. Available on Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu on the web.
MCP is a standard, so anything that speaks it can connect with the same address. Paste it wherever that client keeps its MCP servers.

https://mcp.whatsync.app/mcpThe agent gets exactly the access the person connecting it already has. A member sees their own messages and nothing else. An admin sees the whole team. Connecting an AI agent never widens what somebody is allowed to read.

Your existing settings still apply. Numbers you excluded with the number filter stay out of reach, and so do the groups you never ticked for group sync. If a chat does not sync to Attio, an agent cannot read it either.
