What it does in Simpro

Messages as job notes

Each new message becomes a private note on the Simpro job, with who sent it and when.

Photos and files on the job

Site photos, PDFs and voice recordings are saved as job attachments, in their original format.

Several groups, one job

Your crew and subcontractors can keep separate groups that all feed the same job.

Read voice notes

Turn on transcription to save a written version next to each voice note. It uses credits you buy separately.

Set up WhatsApp for Simpro

A few minutes, done once by one person. Everyone else keeps using WhatsApp as usual.

  1. Sign in to 1SiteSync

Open 1SiteSync from the Simpro marketplace and sign in.

  2. Connect Simpro and WhatsApp

Approve access to Simpro, then link WhatsApp from Linked devices on your phone.

  3. Pick a job and a group

Choose an existing Simpro job and the WhatsApp group for it. Several groups can feed the same job.

  4. That is it

New messages and files sync on their own. The office finds them on the job.

What it does not do

Better to know now than after you set it up. Need something else? Tell us.

  • Old chats are not imported. Sync starts with new messages.
  • It saves updates to jobs that already exist. It does not create jobs or change quotes, invoices or schedules.
  • Simpro changes are not sent back to WhatsApp.
